We are licensed with Stirling Council to operate our Railway Cottage as a secondary letting. Licence Number ST00172F
Visits
- Flexible arrival/departure day
- No minimum duration
- Minimum charge of £700 for visits of up to 3 nights
- Flexible and early(late) check in(out) times
- Non-seasonal flat rate (excluding Christmas & New Year)
Dogs are welcome – we have just two canine house rules (i) no venturing upstairs and (ii) no climbing on the furniture please!
Smoking in any form is not permitted in the cottage
Tariff
- £200 per night, £1400 per week
- Minimum stay charge of £700
- Christmas & New Year - please contact us with your preferred dates for prices
- Bothy rental £100 per visit
- Bed linen, towels and firewood included
- £200 security deposit fully-refundable
- 50% initial deposit payable at time of booking confirmation
- 50% balance + security deposit payable six weeks prior to arrival date
- Payment by bank transfer or Paypal
Dogs are welcome.....
We love dogs. Our fox red labrador adores her adventures in the forest and dozing in front of the open fire. But she has to abide by two canine house rules. She's not allowed on the furniture nor upstairs. We welcome our guests' dogs but the same rules must also apply!
But smoking is not.....
